Rigmatix is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance target

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This covers the requirements of:

• European Accessibility Act (EAA) — effective June 28, 2025
• UK Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations
• Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act
• Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III
• Accessible Canada Act

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks throughout the dashboard
• Keyboard navigation on every interactive element
• Visible focus indicators
• Color contrast that meets or exceeds 4.5:1 for body text
• Screen reader testing with VoiceOver and NVDA before each major release

Known limitations

Some legacy charts in Reports are not yet fully screen-reader friendly. A reflow refactor is in progress. Need an accessible export of any report? Email us and we will send it within one business day.
