Motor Vehicle Record
A motor vehicle record (MVR) is the state-issued driving history for a CDL holder showing license status, endorsements, violations and suspensions. Carriers must pull an MVR at hire and annually thereafter.

Annual MVR reviews must be documented in writing in the driver qualification file.
