    What is Removable Gooseneck?

    Also written as RGN

A removable gooseneck (RGN) trailer detaches at the front so the deck lowers to the ground, letting heavy equipment drive on. It is standard for construction and heavy haul machinery moves.

Why it matters in day-to-day operations

RGN moves nearly always involve permits and often escorts.
